She made getting auto insurance for my teenage son very simple - she gave me the best deal possible for a new teenage, male driver and she was very polite and professional and very easy to work with. "Highly recommend State Farm Insurance in Waukegan on Grand Ave. I worked with Isabel and she helped me with my home owners insurance, very helpful. She was very polite and kind to work with. She answered all of my questions and gave me great detail on my policy. Isabel always goes above and beyond to explain the details of any insurance or questions you may have in person or by phone. Anytime I give her a call of leave a msg she is great with getting in contact with me in a timely matter. Im very happy with choosing stat farm insurance & Isabel made the process very smooth and clear and understanding. Overall the staff at this location is all very kind and welcoming to work with. Definitely recommend working with Isabel at State Farm to anyone looking for insurance."
